Andrew J. Clay, President & CEO

Mr. Clay is a US Navy veteran, results-driven Founder, President and CEO with 20+ years of experience leading successful projects. He leveraged finance and technology expertise within the government sector to drive growth, innovation, and profitability. Mr. Clay has also led the vision and mission of management and policies of many firms to make the day-to-day decisions, as well as long term decisions on matters of management, policy and operations. Mr. Clay's journey established and headed Ortetine to become a prominent player in the information technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and finance industry. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, and Master of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.  In addition to his formal education, Mr. Clay has honed his leadership prowess through the executive education program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.  As a CEO, visionary leader, and military veteran, Mr. Clay stands at the forefront of financial technology, continually pushing the boundaries of innovation, growth, and impact.
