Description

Strategic Partnership & Client Support:

  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industries, and potential clients to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive lead generation strategies and contribute to market intelligence gathering.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate complex client meetings, travel arrangements, and coordination for the BDE team.

Proposal & Deal Management:

  • Research potential leads and markets, generate reports, assist with proposal development (data gathering, formatting, etc.), and maintain a CRM system with client information. Develop winning proposals, managing timelines, data gathering, and formatting.
  • Utilize advanced CRM software skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information.
  • Track deal progress, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize win rates and sales pipeline effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, manage communication flow and potentially attend industry events to support networking efforts.

Advanced Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Manage the BDE team's calendars, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs to ensure efficient workflow and maximum productivity.
  • Prepare professional presentations, high-quality marketing materials, and other deliverables to support BD initiatives.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing communication flow and ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain a highly organized and confidential work environment, adhering to strict data security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant or a similar role within a high-growth and competitive environment.
  • Proven track record of success in supporting a fast-paced business development team and contributing to revenue generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of business development principles, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and dispatch shipments to carriers, ensuring timely pickup and delivery
